Wayne Wood is a Senior Advisor, Strategy and Finance at First Key. He is responsible for planning and analysis of client business plans, and for sensitivity analysis and financial modeling on all aspects of capital budgets, operating and distribution costs, and marketing and sales plans. Wayne works with clients to model pricing and mark-up structures and to provide overall modeling and analysis for breweries at all stages and scales, enabling clients to make sound financial and strategic decisions.

Prior to joining First Key, Wayne had over 25 years of experience in brewery finance where he held various positions with Molson Canada including Vice President, Finance - Western Canada; Director, Financial Reporting and Analysis; and Brewery Controller. He was responsible for the evaluation of business opportunities, strategic planning, annual budgeting, and internal and external financial reporting.

Wayne is a Certified Professional Accountant (CPA), and has completed several continuing education courses including leadership development, team building and technical skills. Outside of First Key Wayne enjoys travel, camping and woodworking.
