Interim Operations Director: It was a critical point in an expansion and a well-established craft brewery was in immediate need of First Key’s interim staffing service to fulfill the temporarily vacant role of Operations Director. We provided an experienced consultant within the required timeline who was able to integrate with the existing team, maintain and improve the day-to-day operation, as well as guide and progress the expansion.
Interim Packaging Engineer: A regional craft brewery was installing a new packaging line and found itself in an overflow situation where the brewery Packaging Manager could not manage the installation and startup, while running the day-to-day packaging operation. First Key provided an interim Packaging Engineer who provided specialized on site technical support for the installation, commissioning and start-up of packaging line, followed by a program of onsite training for the staff. Our Packaging Engineer had the managerial experience to handle the startup effectively, as well as the specific packaging expertise needed to troubleshoot and deliver strong line performance.
