First Key designed a brewing ingredient injection system and provided comprehensive project support from inception through commissioning and start-up. The client faced challenges with poorly designed injection points leading to quality issues and contamination risks, as well as manual injection points posing cleanliness and microbial risks. First Key collaborated with the client to develop a standardized, cleanable, and reliable injection system design, addressing these challenges. First Key managed the project design, budgeting, procurement, implementation, retrofitting existing stations and installing new ones to meet the new standards. Deliverables included detailed installation drawings, mechanical scopes of work, equipment quotes, project budget, and operational control narrative. First Key successfully delivered the project on time and within budget. Ultimately, the project enabled the client to produce various products efficiently while mitigating quality issues and eliminating contamination risks.
