Timothy (Tim) Wolf is Senior Advisor, Engineering Services at First Key, where he has spent the past six years advising beverage producers on capital project delivery, packaging systems, brewing and process engineering, and utility infrastructure. Tim supports clients through all phases of capital projects, including feasibility, front end planning, equipment specification, design coordination, installation oversight, commissioning, and operational handoff. His work is rooted in practical, operations driven engineering with a strong focus on execution and measurable outcomes.

Tim brings more than two decades of experience in brewery and beverage manufacturing engineering. Prior to joining First Key, he spent 15 years with AB InBev in progressively senior engineering and project management roles, supporting capital projects across all 18 breweries in the North American Zone. He later served as High End Zone Capex Manager, where he led integration, expansion, and modernization projects for AB InBev’s craft brewery portfolio. Following his time at AB InBev, Tim held senior leadership roles within craft beverage manufacturing, including Director of Engineering and Maintenance at Wicked Weed Brewing and Director of Operations at Bold Rock Hard Cider. In these roles, he was responsible for capital planning, packaging and process performance, maintenance programs, supply chain coordination, environmental, health and safety systems, and day to day production operations at large scale beverage facilities.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Missouri – Columbia. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, canoeing, camping, going to the movies, and making use of his Eagle Scout training whenever the opportunity presents itself.
