Lawrence (Larry) Miorelli is a Senior Advisor, Technical Services at First Key. He is an accomplished manufacturing leader and works with brewery, beverage and distillery clients in the areas of packaging and maintenance systems and operational excellence initiatives. Larry works with clients to design and implement programs resulting in streamlined workflow, higher productivity, and profitability, while improving quality and on time delivery, exceeding client expectations through focused results. He has worked on multiple successful projects in several breweries through the implementation of production and maintenance improvement initiatives, resulting in packaging line performance improvement, better-trained employees and supervision, as well as improved maintenance performance.

Prior to First Key, Larry worked as a turn-around management consultant in wide range of industries including food & beverage, consumer products, and maintenance and manufacturing. He facilitated teams of managers and supervisors in the development and implementation of viable business plans and productivity goals designed to drive their business to higher levels of performance and profitability. He has managed consulting projects though the entire implementation process by using effective performance metrics, best practices, and lean manufacturing techniques. Larry has successfully consolidated facilities through streamlining manufacturing processes and reducing inventory and taken on the responsibility of improving the overall performance of four manufacturing facilities comprised of over 1,500 employees.

Larry earned his Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh. Outside of First Key, Larry is a guest speaker for the Webster University MBA program and enjoys volunteering for the Erie Refugee Center.
