Kelly Heyworth is a global business leader with 30+ years’ experience in the brewing and beverage industry across the United States, Canada, Latin America, Europe, Africa, and Asia Pacific. Kelly works with clients to unlock revenue growth and optimize efficiencies, specializing in strategy, route to market, digital e-commerce, customer & distributor partnership, revenue growth management and building commercial capabilities.

Before joining First Key, Kelly held senior global leadership positions at both Diageo and Anheuser-Busch InBev (AB InBev). Most recently as Global Sales Vice President Diageo, Kelly developed and implemented a comprehensive global sales strategy that transformed the route to market and customer partnerships, step changing revenue growth and reducing cost to serve. During her tenure at both Diageo and AB InBev Kelly managed business units with P&L responsibility and led global transformation programs that focused on go to market strategy, route to market, process enhancement, capability improvement, data driven decision making, and digital enablement. She has also worked on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) due diligence and integration in Africa.

Kelly received her undergraduate degree at McMaster University and attended executive programs at Queens University, INSEAD, and Wharton. Outside of First Key, Kelly is active supporting local community charities, hiking with her husband and yellow labrador and mentoring fellow associates globally.
