Chris Dessureault is a Senior Advisor, Engineering Services at First Key Consulting. He has broad international experience in brewery engineering, plant management, supply chain, and project management and works with clients to improve their performance. His areas of expertise include: brewery operations management; design engineering; supply chain and logistics optimization; best practices exchange; change management; problem solving and continuous improvement.

Prior to joining First Key, Chris spent his career working with AB InBev in roles ranging from design engineer and brewmaster to national director of engineering, plant manager and supply chain director. As plant manager in Cuba, Chris was responsible for a brewery operation of 1.2 million hL/yr capacity and an operating budget of $60M. In a prior role he led a manufacturing improvement project to optimize cost operations in 10 breweries in North America and develop the management system to ensure continuous improvement culture. As director of engineering, he managed the engineering group and capital project budget each year.

Chris received his engineering degree from Universite Laval. Outside of First Key, Chris enjoys working on his blueberry farm in the summer months and visiting the nearby lakes. Christian speaks French, English and Spanish and resides in Quebec, Canada.
