Aiden Estabrooks is a Technical Advisor, Engineering Services at First Key. He works with clients in the areas of production, planning, maintenance, capital projects, process engineering and supply chain management. Aiden has managed and executed projects across all aspects of beer and beverage production including brewing, cereal handling/conveyance, ready-to-drink (RTD), blending, utilities, and packaging.
Prior to joining First Key, Aiden worked for Labatt Breweries of Canada (AB InBev) in various leadership roles including operations management, capital projects and supply chain. He created and implemented standard operating procedures for planning, sequencing and reporting across a network of repackaging sites and he oversaw the installation, commissioning and start up of a ready-to-drink blending facility at a major brewery. He also led the commissioning, start-up and acceptance of various packaging equipment including a bottle packer, case wrap packer and de-palletizer. Aiden has also held responsibility for managing shifts in packaging at a 1.8M hL brewery.
Aiden graduated from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering and was awarded the distinction of Dean’s scholar for all four years of study and graduated with first class honours. Outside of First Key, Aiden enjoys golfing, playing hockey, travelling, hiking, and camping with his wife and dogs. Aiden resides in Ontario, Canada.
