A leading global player in cannabis research, production, distribution, and cultivation, engaged First Key for the installation of a nitrogen generator and distribution piping network for their new non-carbonated beverage packaging. With no on-site bulk nitrogen tank or generation system in place, there was a critical need to establish the capability to distribute nitrogen gas promptly for an upcoming product launch. The project involved assisting in the sizing of the nitrogen generation system, managing the procurement, installation, and start-up processes. Engineering expertise was utilized to deliver sizing and capacity tables, size nitrogen lines using specialized software and principles, and provide AutoCAD drawings for flowsheets and layouts. Despite tight timelines and budget constraints, the project was executed successfully, ensuring the smooth launch of the new beverage product.
