Ludmila Kopyl joined First Key in 2018 as the Financial Controller. Her responsibility is the management of accounting and reporting, payroll, and compliance with the firms tax and administrative requirements. She has years of experience in full-cycle accounting, payroll services and financial management, and her background includes positions as Lead Accountant and Finance Manager for investment and transportation logistics firms.

Ludmila graduated with a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Odessa Institute of Marine Transport Engineering, Odessa, Ukraine, and completed her accounting, payroll and tax studies in Canada. She speaks fluent Russian and English, and enjoys helping low income individuals and their families to prepare tax returns, and volunteering at the Russian Orthodox Church in Vancouver.
