First Key partnered with the Client to design and embed a disciplined, data driven operating model across brewing, packaging, and maintenance. We conducted a full operational diagnostic, benchmarked performance against best in class operators, and introduced standardized governance; including KPI dashboards, structured meeting cadences, action logs, and root cause problem solving. In packaging, First Key worked directly with leadership and operators to translate data into targeted interventions, optimizing equipment settings, formalizing operator led preventive maintenance, and strengthening frontline capability through focused Lean and Six Sigma training. Emphasis was placed on execution and adoption, not one time analysis.

Packaging performance reached best in class effectiveness, unlocking material cost savings while establishing a scalable operating standard across the site. Brewing and maintenance effectiveness improved materially, reducing operational risk and increasing production reliability. To ensure long term sustainable implementation the Client received a clear, quantified roadmap to scale, transforming operations from a constraint into a competitive advantage.
